Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data including your name, address and payment references are stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Backups are encrypted separately and access requires two-factor authentication from authorised operations staff.

Payment Data Handling

When you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the transaction reference and amount are logged but your full payment credentials are never stored on our servers — they are handled by the respective payment provider under their own data agreements.

Retention Schedule

Account data is retained for the period your account remains active plus six years to meet financial record-keeping obligations where local law requires it. After that window closes, data is deleted from live systems and backup stores.

Data Access Requests

You can request a full export of the data we hold about your account at any time. We process these requests within five working days and deliver the export as a structured file to your registered email address.

Third-Party Sharing Limits

We share data with payment processors like UPI networks, fraud detection partners and regulatory bodies only when legally required or operationally necessary. We do not sell, rent or exchange your data with advertisers or data brokers.
